Jeffrey Neiman is an American trial attorney and partner at Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida PLLC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has built a high-profile practice representing executives, entrepreneurs and public figures, with clients who have included “Shark Tank” investor Kevin O’Leary, internet personality Logan Paul and R&B artist Trey Songz.
Before launching Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida, Neiman spent 10 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, working in both Washington, D.C., and Miami. During his tenure in the DOJ’s Tax and Criminal Divisions, he handled investigations and prosecutions tied to tax evasion, money laundering, public corruption, securities fraud and healthcare fraud. Charlie Kirk Family Lawyer
Neiman is representing the family of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk in the Utah prosecution of Tyler Robinson. Kirk, the founder of the conservative nonprofit Turning Point USA, was fatally shot in September 2025 while speaking at Utah Valley University.
According to the Daily Business Review, Neiman was granted a motion in April 2026 to practice pro hac vice as victim representative for Erika Kirk. The South Florida lawyer told the outlet that Charlie Kirk had been more than a client to him.
“Charlie Kirk was my client and my friend. When Erika called, there was no question I would be there,” Neiman said in an emailed statement to the Daily Business Review. “My only focus now is making sure her voice is heard and her rights are protected through every step of this process.”
During a preliminary hearing for defendant Tyler Robinson, attorney Neiman urged State District Judge Tony Graf to make an interview of Tyler Robinson’s roommate and romantic partner, Lance Twiggs, with law enforcement and other evidence public.
“To not be transparent, to not be open and let the world see what happened will create doubt and distrust in the judicial system,” Kirk family lawyer Jeffrey Neiman told Judge Graf.

Attorney Jeffrey Neiman represented internet personality Logan Paul in the legal battle over the failed NFT project CryptoZoo. A U.S. magistrate judge dismissed the class-action lawsuit against Paul. The lawsuit had accused Paul and other defendants of fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and conspiracy to commit fraud. The judge found insufficient evidence directly tying Paul to the alleged misconduct, noting that the plaintiffs “failed to justify” his inclusion as a defendant.
