A Tennessee woman was hospitalized after a 19-year-old allegedly pinned her against a building with her car during an argument at the gas station.

Hannah Graham, 19, has been released on bond following her arrest on September 4 in connection with an altercation at a Sunoco gas station in Memphis. An arrest affidavit reviewed by Law&Crime states that Graham and a friend were in a gold Nissan Altima when they engaged in an argument with another woman outside the station. The police have not disclosed the reason for the argument, but it is alleged that at some point, Graham, who was driving the Nissan, “hit the gas” and “intentionally” struck the woman, pinning her between the car and a building.

Graham then allegedly fled the scene.

The alleged victim was taken to a nearby hospital where she underwent surgery for a broken right femur.

A witness to the alleged incident reported to the police that he was acquainted with the passenger in Graham’s car. During the investigation, police reviewed surveillance footage from the gas station that captured the entire event. According to the police, the video shows a white, female driver, later identified as Graham, reversing the Nissan, “[aligning] the vehicle with the victim, and then accelerating.”

Both the witness and the alleged victim identified Graham from a six-person lineup as the individual who purportedly drove into the victim and subsequently left the scene with her friend as a passenger.

Local CBS affiliate WREG reported that the building of the Sunoco station was damaged in the incident.

Graham was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident. She was detained in the Shelby County Jail with her bond set at $100,000 as of Wednesday. Graham is scheduled to return to court on Friday for a bond hearing.
