Aggravated Assault And Weapon Charges

Cody Heron, who recently pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, is a motorcyclist who was caught on video stomping through the rear windshield of a car occupied by a woman and her two children. This happened in Center City, Philadelphia, in October, which led to Cody Heron pleading guilty to aggravated assault and weapons charges.

Heron, who pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, was part of a group of dirt bike and ATV riders who filled the road bordering City Hall, causing traffic to stop. The man guilty of aggravated assault jumped on the rear windshield of a car, shattering the glass into the backseat where the children were sitting.

When the woman confronted Cpdy who later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, he picked up a gun and briefly pointed it at her before headbutting her. Heron was later identified, arrested, and now has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and weapons charges.

According to a published article by PhillyVoice, the incident has caused significant distress to the woman and her family. Heron pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during a pre-trial hearing.

Authorities described the gathering as an unauthorized motor meet-up organized to gain attention online, and they are committed to holding those responsible accountable, with Heron pleading guilty to aggravated assault as a kickstart.

An Argument And A Headbutt

In a published article by CBS News, Cody Heron, 27, was filmed on October 1, 2023, running his bike into the car door of delivery driver Nikki Bullock, which led to an argument. When Bullock confronted him, Heron pulled out a gun and headbutted her.

Bullock pushed Heron and his motorcycle down, and he was also seen jumping on her car. When Heron smashed the rear window, glass shards injured two young children inside the car.  Heron has now pleaded guilty to the charges.
