Shoplifting and Armed Robbery Suspects Apprehended in Apache County

Two individuals have been apprehended in Apache County, Arizona, in connection with a recent series of armed robberies and shopliftings. They have been identified as Anthony Scott Breeze and Joseph M. Woodruff. The suspects’ activities commenced on January 10, when shoplifting incidents were reported at a Dollar General and a Speedway filling station in Sanders, Arizona, by the Apache County Sheriff’s Office. A consequence of these escalating circumstances was an armed robbery that took place at Pizza Edge on the Navajo Nation.

The suspects allegedly escaped the scene in a dark gray Chrysler sedan bearing Ohio license plates, according to authorities. The reason for their apprehension was mechanical difficulties that transpired while they were traveling to St. Johns, Arizona. Following the completion of the subsequent inquiry, Breeze and Woodruff were apprehended and subsequently lodged in the Apache County Jail on charges of armed robbery, conspiracy, and theft.

Investigators also indicated that the arrested suspects may have been involved in additional incidents during their journey.
