Miller told the cops that he uses Oxycodone for his back problems when his Miranda Rights were read to him. Because of the negative effects, he was aware that the pills should not be used to drive a car or operate heavy machinery.

Gary Lee Miller was brought to the Nassau County Jail after being apprehended. He appeared sluggish and spoke slowly, according to the cops. His mugshot was released by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, and he appeared weary and serious in it.

Miller was given a bail of $1502 for leaving the scene of an accident and $3,502 for reckless driving. According to The Sun, he utilised a bondsman to get bailed out and had to spend three days in jail.

He was found guilty of careless driving and was sentenced to pay court fees and fines.
