Jason Biggs reunites with Mariska Hargitay on the set of NBC’s long-running crime drama series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

The 43-year-old actor was spotted on the Bushwick Brooklyn set Tuesday, alongside Hargitay (Olivia Benson) and co-stars Ice-T (Odafin Tutuola) and Kelli Giddish (Amanda Rollins) and Donal Logue (Declan Murphy).

It was confirmed in early December that Biggs will be featured on the new episode airing Thursday, January 6, though it seems he’ll be returning at some point as well.

Biggs was spotted on set wearing a black ‘task force’ jacket and black pants during his night on the set.

He was also wearing black pants and black Nike sneakers as production continued on the series. 

It was confirmed in early December by TV Grapevine that the first episode Biggs will appear in will be called Silent Night, Hateful Night.

The episode follows Hargitay and the unit catching a case on Christmas Eve, which brings the return of Declan Murphy (Donal Logue).

Declan is now leading a task force and recruits some of his SVU cronies to join him and stop a recent spate of hate crimes.

Biggs’ character is said to be one of the task force members, though no other character details have been revealed.

Biggs most recently starred on the small screen in the short-lived Fox series Outmatched, which was canceled last May after just one 10-episode season.

He also recently starred in the indie film The Subject, where he plays a documentary filmmaker whose life is being threatened over his last film.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is the longest-running primetime drama series of all time.

The show was renewed through its 24th season back in February 2020, which means the beloved series is confirmed for at least one more season.

NBC also announced earlier this year that the flagship Law & Order series will be returning at some point to the network’s lineup.
