Following the split from his wife, his behavior took a turn, becoming increasingly unusual and marked by signs of depression.

Before the accident, he had consumed rum, which investigators later discovered in his vehicle, as detailed by Grace in a medical report highlighting Bellinge’s issues with alcohol consumption.

With his medical license currently suspended, Bellinge confessed to driving recklessly, exceeding the speed limit by 45 km/h, and engaging in dangerous driving in the period leading up to the tragic accident that claimed Pearce’s life.

On Tuesday, he received a five-year suspension from obtaining a driver’s license in Western Australia.
