GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Authorities have taken Joan Seltsikas, a 51-year-old resident of Kissimmee, into custody following an incident where he allegedly brandished a firearm after being denied money at a local establishment.
The event unfolded on November 12 when an officer from the Gainesville Police Department was dispatched to Studio Skyn located at 1410 NW 13th Street.
