Police identify three suspects accused of kidnapping San Jose baby

Jose Roman Portillo, 28; Yesenia Guadalupe Ramirez, 43, and Baldomeo Sandoval, 37, have been charged with the kidnapping of Brandon Cuellar Monday afternoon from outside his family’s apartment while his grandma was unloading groceries, the San Jose Police Department said Wednesday.
