Ramone Marcio Martinez Arrested: Ramone Marcio Martinez, 39, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and threatening to kill a woman.

Ramone Marcio Martinez, who claims to be a medical cannabis industry tycoon, kidnapped a woman and threatened to murder her unless she fell in love with him.

The woman’s identity has yet to be revealed; however, he has been arrested, and his jail sentence has yet to be determined because the case is still being investigated.

Ramone Marcio Martinez, 39, has claimed himself a millionaire in the medical cannabis sector. He lives in Poplar Grove and has a second residence in Arizona. 

He also claimed to be rich, giving him access to aircraft and other modes of transportation that would allow him to depart,’ according to the police report.

He is linked to several enterprises, including a limo service and Truu Med, a medicinal cannabis referral service in Utah.

For a charge, the organization appears to assist customers in getting so-called green cards that allow them to purchase and consume medicinal marijuana legally.

Cannabis Mogul Ramone Martinez Arrested For Assault Against Woman

Ramone Martinez was accused of kidnapping a woman for weeks, beating her, and engraving the number ‘6’ into her hand to warn that she had six months to love him or be slain.

The woman, who had severe bruising around both eyes, dialed Emergency and informed the officer that her ribs hurt and trouble breathing.

She claimed she was threatened with death and assaulted over several weeks. She was unable to leave or travel freely during this time.

The woman claimed she had been assaulted six times, according to investigators. 

According to the statement, he choked her to the point of unconsciousness on two occasions, once with his hands and once with his foot.

He also threatened to kill the woman by holding a gun to her head at one point. 

According to the authorities, he threatened to go to Mexico and rip up her brother and rape her mother due to his threats to the woman.

Is Ramone Martinez convicted?

Ramone Martinez was arrested on Wednesday in Salt Lake City on police charges of aggravated kidnapping, assault, and five counts of aggravated assault in the case, which is being classified as domestic violence.

According to a registration document, police were alerted to the case after the woman texted a friend, stating she was being kept against her will and begging for help and was afraid for her life.

He is being jailed in the Salt Lake County jail, where he is also accused of speeding and driving without proof of insurance.

Ramone was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday morning and held without bond. It was unclear whether he had retained an attorney to represent him.
