After the examination with the paper, the substances turned blue with a positive result of drug possession. The 54 sticks were verified as cannabis.
He claimed the drug was for him during the 3-week holiday outing in Kenya. The drug was seized, and Emmanuel was handed to police custody. He will be hearing from the court soon.
