FOUND SAFE: Police Seek Tips on Missing 13-year-old Florida Girl

Both children have been found safe, according to the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an AMBER Alert after two young girls failed to return home Friday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol announced an alert for two 12-year-old girls who did not come back after a Friday night football match at Port Missouri High School in Rockport, as reported by KSDK.

The last sighting of the girls was on the 600 block of South Nebraska Street in Rockport around 8:40 pm. They might be accompanied by a white male named Alec or Alex, based on the Amber Alert information from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The man, Alex/Alec, who is believed to be with the girls, is possibly from the California area.

If anyone has any information on the girls or their whereabouts, they are encouraged to contact 911 or the Atchison County Sheriff at 660-744-6271.
