Lexington Police shot and killed House.

Lexington Police Chief Lawrence Weathers explained that the event was triggered when the state trooper stopped House near the airport. Following the shooting, House escaped and subsequently hijacked another vehicle at the Sayre Christian Village parking lot, as WKYT reported. Fortunately, the woman was able to get to safety, and nobody else was harmed in this carjacking. House then continued his path to the church.

Police have not provided a motive for the shooting.

The trooper and the two other wounded victims were taken to a local hospital, where the trooper and one of the victims were said to be in stable condition, according to CBS. The other victim was in critical condition.
