Private investigator Steve Fischer has revealed to Nancy Grace that a chainsaw, still in its original packaging, was discovered in the residence rented by D4vd.
Fischer, who was hired by the property owner to investigate the circumstances at the home managed for Burke, reported finding a “burn cage” on the premises. Several items, including the chainsaw, appeared unused and were found in their original packaging.
The incinerator, which is illegal in Los Angeles, was allegedly delivered to the home under an alias and is said to be capable of reaching temperatures as high as 1,600 degrees.
Chief Jim McDonnell of the Los Angeles Police Department has opted to keep details of the Burke investigation under wraps, stating that public disclosures could “potentially jeopardize the case.”
To preserve the investigation’s integrity, the LAPD has secured a court order to seal the full autopsy report from the medical examiner.
David Michael Burke is facing potential charges related to the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
