Teresa Kennedy And Bethany Tiner Missing Case, Was Father Joe Tiner Arrested?

Joe last saw her daughter at the Watson Mobile Home Park in Chickasha, where she used to live with her mother.

On 3 December 1996, Teresa penned a letter in which she wrote about asking the court to grant her parents, Lee Aaron Kennedy and Catherine Aline Kennedy, the legal custody of her daughter in the event of her death or disability.

After that, Joe tracked them to Oak Harbor, Washington, and hired an attorney. He sued for full custody, and after a long battle, the court finally granted him the rights.

Then, on 1 January 1997, he waited at the Starbucks at Seattle National Airport for about 12 hours, but nobody came. After that, he drove to the Oak Harbor Police Department but didn’t get the response he wanted.

Joe hasn’t located the whereabouts of Teresa and Bethany since. Chickasha Police Department’s Sgt. Kori Brewer collected his DNA for the investigation.

One day in 2017, Joe received a Facebook message from a young woman. She saw Bethany’s photo on a missing child poster, realized it looked similar to a photo of herself as a child. Whatsmore, she also had a birthmark on the left side right above her hairline.

Those details ignited a possibility, and a DNA test took place, but the results came false. Nevertheless, the child’s father is still searching for his daughter.

Joe’s wife is Kellie Tiner. And no, the police haven’t made any arrests so far.
