Celebrity stylist Deonte Nash provided testimony as the defense conducted cross-examination during the sex trafficking trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Nash recounted instances where Combs physically abused Cassie Ventura, using recordings of their “freakoffs” to threaten her career and reputation. Nash detailed situations where Combs struck Cassie, yanked her by the hair, and smashed her head against a bed frame, noting that he had stepped in on several occasions.
Combs’ ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh, who goes by Virginia V, alleged in a 2019 interview that Combs stomped on her stomach and punched her in the head during their five-year relationship.
Theories continue to circulate about why Victim-3 will not testify. She apparently changed her mind and does not want to take the stand. Many refer to the unidentified woman as “Gina.” Combs’ former assistant George Kaplan recently testified that he saw Combs throw apples at Gina at his home in Miami.
Meanwhile, the defense raised concerns about limited access to Combs at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Another key witness, “Mia”—a pseudonym for Combs’ former assistant and alleged victim—is expected to testify through Friday.
