Bishop Evans of Arlington, Texas: Who Is He? Bishop Evans, a missing National Guard soldier, was a field artilleryman who went into the river near the US-Mexico border to help two migrants who were drowning.

According to a press release from the Texas Military Department, he enlisted in the Texas Army National Guard in May 2019. Evans is a member of the A Battery, 4-133 Field Artillery Regiment, based in New Braunfels.

Evan also attended Ben Eielson Jr./Sr. High School and Mansfield High School, according to his Facebook page.

Bishop Evans Wife: Is He Married

There has been no information disclosed about the young Bishop Evans’ marriage or love relationship thus far. He doesn’t have any relationship information on his Facebook page.

He doesn’t appear to be married with a wife or children, based on his young age.

Bishop Evans Drowned: Has he been found?

Evan was reported missing for the first time on Friday, April 22 at around 9:45 a.m. local time. Near Eagle Pass, Texas, on the US-Mexico border, he dove into the Rio Grande. In a river area known for high currents, he was attempting to save two migrants.

Unfortunately, there has been no sign of the soldier. The Texas Military Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Border Patrol are all working together to find the soldier as soon as possible.

The two migrants who looked to be drowning and for whom Bishop attempted to save them were allegedly involved in illicit international drug trafficking, according to Texas Rangers claims. They are being held by US Customs and Border Patrol.
