Ramos then fled his house in a pickup, which he wrecked into a ditch near Robb Elementary School. As per law enforcement officials, he escaped with an AR-15-style gun and multiple magazines. He wore body armor as well. Authorities informed ABC News that the shooting occurred as soon as the suspect entered the school and that all of the victims died “in the same spot within the school.”

Unfortunately, Makenna was declared dead late Tuesday night by a family acquaintance after her father, Brandon, stated she had been missing since the incident and expressed concern that she might not be alive. On Facebook, their relatives and the parents of Makenna’s friends have expressed their heartfelt condolences to the Elrod family.
