Bayern Munich CEO, Jan-Christian Dreesen, has thrown his support behind manager Thomas Tuchel, despite the team’s recent struggles.

The German giants suffered a 3-2 defeat against Bochum, marking their third consecutive Bundesliga loss.

This loss has left Bayern Munich trailing eight points behind league leaders Bayer Leverkusen.

Dreesen, while acknowledging the disappointing result, expressed confidence in Tuchel.

“I’m really feeling shi**y. Today, mentality beat quality, we are not happy at all,” he said.

However, he confirmed Tuchel’s position, saying, “Of course,” when asked if the manager would remain in charge next week.

Tuchel, on his part, defended his team’s performance, stating, “The defeat was not fair today, a lot went against us.”

He also expressed his belief that the coaching staff could turn things around, saying, “If you ask me, I firmly still believe me and the coaching staff can turn things around.”

With Bayern Munich out of the DFB-Pokal and facing an uphill battle in the Champions League, the pressure is mounting on Tuchel to deliver.
