According to the arresting officer, they and at least one other officer arrived at the scene in response to a call about disorderly conduct.
There appears to have been some kind of commotion, as the officer writes that they ‘had already separated the other parties and [were] attempting to gain information when Falen Vaughn arrived.’
According to the officer, they were interviewing Falen when her husband, Kris Vaughn, arrived.
They described him as being in an apparently ‘agitated state,’ but when Falen was ordered to stay back from the police, she allegedly continued walking toward them.
The officer says they ‘grabbed her arms and again gave her a lawful command to stop.’
After she allegedly continued to struggle, the officer writes that they ‘gained control and brought her to the ground,’ where she was arrested.
Falen was subsequently booked for disorderly conduct and disrupting governmental operations, both of which are misdemeanor charges.
It’s unclear how long she was booked at the Crawford County Jail, but her $440 bail was paid later on Monday, according to a release document she signed.

Falen has also been involved in a legal battle with the father of Bella’s boyfriend Hunter Johnson, who has requested a court to establish paternity and to give him custody of the baby. He claims Falen has failed to ‘provide adequate oversight and enforce reasonable boundaries’ on Bella
TMZ first reported on the arrest.
Vaughn’s arrest comes after she was involved in a legal battle over custody of her grandson, Bella and Hunter’s child Wesley Kristopher Dean Vaughn-Johnson.
In a complaint filed on April 8, Hunter’s father, Casey Johnson, asked a Crawford County Circuit Court judge to give him custody of baby Wesley.
He requested a determination of paternity and alleged that it was in the ‘best interest of the child’ because the ‘current environment at [Vaughn’s] home lacks appropriate supervision and structure necessary for minor parents caring of an infant.’
Johnson accused Vaughn’s household of failing to ‘provide adequate oversight and enforce reasonable boundaries’ on Bella, which he claimed led to ‘immature decision-making and conduct without appropriate adult intervention.’
Johnson claimed that Wesley was therefore ‘at risk’ at Vaughn’s home.
In a response from her attorney, Vaughn denied Johnson’s claims that Bella wasn’t receiving proper oversight, and she denied Johnson’s allegations about her decision-making and conduct.
On Tuesday, Johnson’s attorney filed a motion requesting a temporary hearing on his request to determine temporary custody, visitation and child support.
