Ryan Seacrest has fueled fresh speculation about his relationship status after making a cryptic comment about his love life.
The 51-year-old television and radio host was recently rumored to be dating Dutch model Maxime Nova, 34, with one source claiming the pair had become “serious.”
But during his SiriusXM program On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Seacrest said he had been displaying “RSB,” which he defined as “recently single behavior.”
“You can spot this stuff,” he told co-hosts Sisanie and Tanya Rad, citing a change in someone’s hair color as one example.
Seacrest then added cryptically, “I have RSB, but I didn’t SB.” Rad responded with a teasing, “Are we sure?” prompting the longtime bachelor to reflect: “Hmmm… no.”
His remarks came three weeks after the American Idol host sparked a flurry of attention on Instagram by sharing a beach photo that showed off his muscular torso.
The Daily Mail has contacted Seacrest’s representatives for comment.

Dancing with the Stars professional Gleb Savchenko, 43, himself known for his chiseled frame, let out a roar of approval: ‘Let’s gooo!!! Shredded.’
This January, television audiences had been left squirming with concern over Seacrest’s then gaunt appearance on an episode of Wheel of Fortune.
As he congratulated his co-star Vanna White on her recent marriage to real estate developer John Donaldson, fans found their focus drawn to Seacrest’s looks.
Social media users posted reactions like: ‘Wow, Ryan Seacrest looks….different,’ ‘That’s Ryan Seacrest??? No way. Absolutely no way,’ and: ‘Why are so many people in Hollywood suddenly starting to look like this?’
That March, he quipped on the show that he was ‘lonely’ as frequently the only single person onstage, and bantered about the possibility of finding romance on Tinder.
By August, however, a source claimed Seacrest was ‘completely besotted’ with Nova and that she felt ‘the same about him as well,’ Page Six.

Seacrest was alleged to have ‘spent an absolute fortune taking her on a romantic holiday for the summer,’ flying her private to meet him on a yacht on the Ionian Sea.
‘They make such a gorgeous-looking couple, and it’s become very serious in a short space of time,’ the insider asserted. ‘They are head over heels.’
Seacrest’s last known longtime relationship was a three-year romance with model Aubrey Paige, 28, whom he confirmed his split from in April 2024.
‘After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways,’ a source informed People. ‘They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors.’
Split rumors had been swirling since the previous December, when he was absent from her Instagram photo of her family Christmas celebrations.

Although he acknowledged that ‘having kids at the right time would be great’ and said he had a ‘fantastic family’ including a niece, he noted: ‘My parents have been married 52 and a half years, so there’s a high bar. So that’s in my head.’
While he was involved with Paige, Seacrest joked that his mother had ‘given up on’ the prospect of his ever providing her with grandchildren.
‘I do want to have kids. But I haven’t even gone down that path, which is nuts at my age,’ he told the Wall Street Journal. ‘I think in the last year, it’s become clear to me that yes, I do want to do that….I want to be available and present.’
He previously conducted an on-off dalliance with model Shayna Taylor, 34, prior to which he was with Dancing with the Stars pro Julianne Hough from 2010 to 2013.
Various strains of conjecture have attached him to names like beauty queen Hilary Cruz, model Renee Hall and Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher.
