Is Carrie Bradshaw returning to her iconic brownstone in And Just Like That…? Sarah Jessica Parker seemed to suggest so when she appeared on the July 13 episode of Watch What Happens Live.

During the conclusion of And Just Like That… Season 2, Carrie sold her famous apartment after reigniting her romance with Aidan (John Corbett). Aidan, reminded of their past breakups linked to the apartment, felt uneasy, prompting Carrie to buy a lavish townhouse in Gramercy Park, spacious enough for Aidan and his three sons. However, Aidan had to return to Virginia to care for his son after an accident, leaving Carrie in her new, large house on her own.

When Parker appeared in the Bravo Clubhouse, host Andy Cohen grilled her on why it’s taking Carrie so long to decorate the interior of her new home.

“Oh, you mean you want it to happen more quickly? How long did it take for you to finish your house here in New York City?” Parker hit back.

However, Cohen speculated that Carrie “likes her old place better,” which is why she’s been dragging her feet on remodeling the new place.

Parker gave a playful grin and shrugged, leading Cohen to exclaim, “Oh! Oh, my God. Is she moving back to the old place?” Parker teasingly responded, “I don’t know, maybe.”

Before she gave away too much about what could potentially happen in the remainder of Season 3, Parker explained why she thought Carrie was taking so long to design the townhouse.

“I think she’s being thoughtful about what will matter. I think she bought it with an idea about it being really populated with a lot more people and so that has — I don’t know where we are in the season, to be honest — but I think that’s not the way it is, in real time, living in it,” she said. “It’s made her think differently about the way in which she wants to design it. Some things take time. Not everything is just gettable on 6th Avenue.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
