Matthew Perry’s ‘Ketamine Queen’ drug dealer Jasveen Sangha has pleaded guilty to selling the Friends star the dose that killed him.
Sangha, aged 42, admitted guilt to five federal offenses on Wednesday, which included supplying the ketamine that caused Perry’s death at 54 in October 2023.
Her trial was initially scheduled for later this month, but the guilty plea was entered just two weeks after the Daily Mail disclosed that Sangha had arranged a plea deal.
She is the fifth and final defendant charged in Perry’s overdose death to admit guilt.
During her court appearance, Sangha stated that she couldn’t be “100 percent sure” when questioned about her awareness of the drugs being provided to co-defendant Erik Fleming, who was the intermediary for Perry.
She further commented regarding the ketamine vials she handed to Fleming, expressing uncertainty if all or some were destined for Perry. However, these admissions did not impact her plea agreement.

The Friends actor was discovered deceased on October 29, 2023, in his jacuzzi. This tragic event deeply shocked Hollywood, as Perry had openly discussed his battles with addiction to discourage others from taking the same route. Pictured in 2012.
Perry’s mother, Suzanne Perry and his stepfather, Dateline reporter Keith Morrison, were present in court.
According to the plea arrangement, Sangha confessed to maintaining a location for drug activities, distributing ketamine on three occasions, and one count of distributing ketamine that led to a fatality.
Prosecutors agreed to drop three other counts related to the distribution of ketamine, and one count of distribution of methamphetamine that was unrelated to the Perry case.
Sangha is scheduled to be sentenced on December 10.
She could get up to 65 years in prison. The judge is not bound to follow any terms of the plea agreement, but prosecutors said in the document that they will ask for less than the maximum. None of the co-defendants have been sentenced yet.
The Friends actor was found dead face down in his jacuzzi back on October 29, 2023, leaving Hollywood shaken to its core after he bravely shared details of his addiction struggles with the public to dissuade others from following a similar path.
Months later, a medical examiner determined that the actor – who had battled substance abuse issues throughout his life – had died of ‘acute effects of ketamine’.
Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who pleaded guilty in July, had been the primary targets of the investigation.

In court, Sangha said there was ‘no way I could tell 100 per cent’ when asked if she knew the drugs she was giving to co-defendant and middleman Erik Fleming were going to Perry
Three other defendants – Dr. Mark Chavez, Kenneth Iwamasa and Fleming – pleaded guilty in exchange for their cooperation, which included statements implicating Sangha and Plasencia.
Perry had been using ketamine through his regular doctor as a legal, but off-label, treatment for depression, which has become increasingly common.
The actor sought more ketamine than his doctor would give him, and his search for more led him to Sangha through his friend Fleming about two weeks before his death, prosecutors said.
Fleming messaged Perry’s assistant saying her ketamine was ‘amazing’ and that she deals only ‘with high end and celebs’.
Perry bought large amounts of ketamine from Sangha, including 25 vials for $6,000 in cash four days before his death, prosecutors said.
On the day of Perry’s death, Sangha told Fleming they should delete all the messages they had sent each other, according to her indictment.

Sangha has been in federal custody for about a year.
Perry struggled with addiction for many years, dating back to his time on Friends when he became one of the biggest stars of his generation as Chandler Bing.
He starred alongside Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004 on NBC´s megahit series.
