The 44-year-old actress looked affectionate with younger Marvel star, 32, as they held hands on a date night.

Alba exuded a casual-cool vibe in a brown leather jacket, which she paired with an entirely different outfit after donning it the day before for a nighttime outing with Ramirez.

The couple have been inseparable lately, following high-profile appearances at the US Open and New York Fashion Week.

Alba and Ramirez were showing off their PDA just days after her estranged husband Cash Warren, 46, confirmed his own new relationship.

The movie producer has launched an even more pronounced age-gap romance, as his girlfriend, 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira, is 26 years his junior.

She matched her jacket with a brown bustier-style top and paired it with relaxed-fit blue jeans.

The Sin City actress complemented her jacket with a set of pointy-toed heels, along with a brown suede handbag.

She added some extra luster to her look with a pair of thick gold hoop earrings that framed her elegantly made-up face. 

Ramirez was on the same page as his girlfriend when it came to his casual look.

He rocked a blue-and-white varsity-style jacket, along with a black T-shirt, midnight-blue jeans and black leather boots.

The lovebirds, who were spotted in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood, held hands while walking out to a parking lot.

Alba and her ex Warren’s latest outings with their new partners comes in the wake of a new report claiming that the two are at peace with each other’s age-gap romances.

‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source dished to Us Weekly. ‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.’

The person close to the situation added: ‘They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. 

‘They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.’ 

Alba and Warren are parents to daughters Honor, 17; Haven, 14; and son Hayes, seven.

But even if they’re OK with their new partners, neither Alba nor Warren are ready to introduce their new flames to their brood.

The source explained: ‘They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious.’

For now, the entrepreneurs’ priority is maintaining a ‘stable and peaceful environment for their kids’.

Proving that their relationship is amicable, she paid tribute to her ex with a heartfelt message on Father’s Day in June.

‘Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren,’ the movie star wrote to her estranged spouse.

It was written over a throwback photo featuring him cradling their newborn son while their daughters looked on.

The former couple’s friendship was a natural progression, as the choice to split was ‘mutual.’

‘The divorce was a mutual decision, so it makes sense for them,’ the UsWeekly insider shared. 

‘They are friends and will always be in each other’s lives with the kids, so they want to foster a loving relationship. They just want each other to be happy,’ they added.

It comes after it was recently revealed to the publication by a different source that Jessica and Cash have established boundaries surrounding their dating lives.

They ‘had conversations about dating other people while going through their separation, and agreed they were both fine with it.’
