The 66-year-old GB News Breakfast host suffered the stroke in April and has remained under hospital care while continuing his recovery.
Eamonn started renting the three-bedroom Surrey property after his marriage to Ruth Langsford, 66, broke down. Katie, 45, was understood to divide her time between the flat and her home in West Yorkshire.
She is now said to be heartbroken after reportedly removing her possessions from the £1.3million rented home on Friday, with those close to the situation describing the development as deeply upsetting.
A source told The Sun on Sunday that Katie remains in a relationship with Eamonn and is still in love with him, but has nevertheless moved out of the property.
The source said the situation was “incredibly sad”, adding that Katie had been very fond of the flat and the memories they created while turning it into their shared home.

Katie has reportedly remained a key source of support for Eamonn since he became ill, with the source describing her as his “rock and lifeline” and saying she hopes he will regain his strength and that they can rebuild their life together.
It remains unclear where Eamonn will live after he is discharged from hospital. Reports have also claimed that members of his family are currently managing his financial affairs during his prolonged stay.
The Daily Mail has approached Eamonn’s representatives for a response.
Eamonn and Katie reportedly began seeing each other only a few months after his unexpected separation from Ruth, his wife of 14 years, in May 2024.
Before his stroke, Eamonn spoke warmly about Katie, calling her “the perfect tonic” while discussing the health challenges he had faced.
The broadcaster also described the strong connection they shared. Although he was dealing with ongoing physical limitations, he said he remained mentally sharp and enjoyed countryside walks and meals at Chinese restaurants with Katie.
Eamonn underwent extensive spinal surgery for slipped discs in 2022 and has experienced several other health problems in recent years, including arthritis affecting his spine.
In an interview published before his stroke, he said that while his body was struggling, he still felt mentally alert and did not feel different from when he began his television career more than four decades ago.

He also praised Katie’s influence on his wellbeing, saying she was the ideal encouragement. Eamonn acknowledged that his back problems meant he could no longer exercise on a treadmill as he once had.
Speaking to The Mirror, Eamonn said their shared interests had brought them closer, particularly their mutual passion for food, which he described as an important part of their relationship.
The reports come amid claims that Eamonn may not return to GB News, despite saying in June that he expected to make a full recovery and resume his role as a presenter.
After six months away from the GB News studios, it is thought that Eamonn's recovery is 'taking longer than expected' and that those close to him are resigned to the fact that his 'career is now over'.
