Lee Ryan has announced that he has been barred from TikTok, attributing the suspension to discussions surrounding the moon and theories about ultra-processed foods. The revelation came on Sunday.

The 42-year-old singer from the band Blue took to Instagram to express his frustration, revealing that this marks his third ban from the popular platform.

In his Instagram video, Lee voiced his belief that society is bound by a “corrupt and controlled system,” using this new platform to share his views.

During the video, Lee remarked, “On this Easter Sunday, a day when the world celebrates Jesus, TikTok decided to ban me.”

He continued, “Apparently, my comments about NASA’s moon theories and the idea that some foods are essentially poison didn’t sit well with them. I won’t specify which foods, but they are out there.”

Lee concluded with a lighthearted note, saying, “So, this is the third time TikTok has banned me. But never mind, I’m here on Instagram now. Hello!”

He added: in the caption: ‘Whoops. I guess the truth is offensive these days.’

Lee later took to his Instagram Stories to share another message, he penned: ‘Banned from TikTok again!! For speaking truths about this messed up lie of a world… the control is real. 

‘We are just slaves to a very corrupt and controlled system. They make you sick then give you the remedy for profit. Fact.’ 

It comes after Lee became a father for the sixth time last September. 

The Blue star welcomed a ‘beautiful, healthy baby girl’ with his wife Verity Paris, in news shared on the boy band’s official Instagram page, with a sweet message from his bandmates Duncan James, Antony Costa and Simon Webbe.

Alongside a picture of Verity in her hospital bed cradling the newborn, the group penned a message reading: ‘Congratulations to Lee and Verity on the arrival of their beautiful, healthy baby girl. Love Duncan, Antony and Simon x’.

Back in June, Lee announced the news that he is set to become a dad again, when he revealed that Verity was expecting their fourth child together.

The star, who has two children from a previous relationships, shared the happy news on his TikTok page, as he shared a photo of himself cradling his wife’s bump with the playful caption: ‘Oops we did it again…

‘Baby number 4 on the way to add to our lovely little family! Another vibe to join the tribe we are truly grateful ps…. Check out little Elton John by the piano!”

As well as his three children with Verity, Lee is also dad to daughter Bluebell, 16, who he shares with ex Jessica Keevil, and son Rayn, 15, whose mother is his ex-fiancée, Samantha Miller.

Friends and fans rushed to congratulate the couple, including fellow boy band star Scott Robinson, who had some sage advice for them.

In the comments section he joked: ‘Congratulations mate. I think you need to get a TV in your bedroom lol’.

In his response, Lee revealed his disdain for TV and hinted at money troubles, writing: ‘Haha yeah thanks bro. I can’t afford TV… we don’t like the brain washing box anyway.’

Lee and Verity enjoyed a lavish wedding ceremony in Seville last October – two years after their secret legal ceremony in Gibraltar.

He moved to Spain three years ago to start a family with Verity and the couple said ‘I do’ at a registry office in 2022.

After missing out a big wedding day with their family and friends due to the pandemic restrictions, the couple celebrated their nuptials with a fairytale wedding in Seville on 7 October, with all his Blue bandmates in attendance.

Describing the special day to OK!, Lee admitted he cried at several points during the day, saying it ‘felt like a dream’.

The couple’s three children all played roles in the ceremony, with their daughters being flower girls, while Lee walked down the aisle carrying their newborn son to a string quartet playing Time by Hans Zimmer.

Gushing about his wife, he admitted he knew she was the one on their second date and that ‘she saved my life’, while describing the moment he saw her in her dress, ‘it took my breath away’.
