Ryan Seacrest has given fans a rare glimpse inside his eating habits with a revealing photo shared on Instagram this week.
The 51-year-old recently stunned followers with a shirtless beach photo showcasing his defined abs. Now, he has turned attention to a full-length image of his open freezer.
The shelves were packed almost exclusively with pints of ice cream and plastic-wrapped portions of chicken and fish. The only exceptions were a box of microwaveable steamed jasmine rice and a box of popsicles.
Among Seacrest’s preferred ice cream brands were Cosmic Bliss, which makes both dairy and plant-based varieties, and the premium brand Jeni’s.
He also had two pints from Cado, the avocado-based ice cream brand, in the ‘high five candy bar’ and ‘choco peanut butter’ flavors.
For popsicles, the American Idol host appeared to favor Jonny Pops, a brand that promotes products made without ‘artificial dyes.’

‘My preferred food groups are protein and ice cream,’ the Wheel of Fortune star wrote in the caption for his more than six million Instagram followers.
Seacrest also displayed the image on his SiriusXM radio show, where co-host Sisonie teased him for having ‘such a dude freezer.’
Sisonie and fellow on-air personality Tanya Red both remarked on the sheer amount of ice cream. Sisonie counted 13 pints in total.
The Daily Mail has contacted Seacrest’s representatives for further comment.
The look inside Seacrest’s freezer came less than three weeks after he left fans amazed by a beach photo showing off his muscular, shirtless torso.
‘This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs,’ he wrote, while promoting his alma mater, the University of Georgia’s football team.
Fans quickly filled the comments with reactions, including Diplo, 47, who joked: ‘ryan relax!!!’
Dancing with the Stars professional Gleb Savchenko, 43, who is also known for his chiseled physique, responded with an enthusiastic: ‘Let’s gooo!!! Shredded.’
