Tim Robards has proved he’s still got the physique of a man half his age.
The 42-year-old former Bachelor celebrity caused quite a stir on Tuesday as he donned his Speedos while vacationing in Italy with his wife, Anna Heinrich.
Tim left little to the imagination as he showcased his impressively ripped physique, posing poolside at his five-star accommodation.
Fans couldn’t get enough and took to the comments section to praise Tim’s bold decision.

Tim has long been an advocate for healthy living, regularly sharing workout tips and fitness inspiration with his followers.
In an interview with GQ, Robards revealed some of his diet and exercise secrets.
‘I’m not an all or nothing person, I don’t count calories and I don’t write down everything I eat,’ he told the magazine.
‘I’m all about maintaining balance, which forms the foundation of my 7-2-1 philosophy. The way it works is this: I aim for 70 percent of my diet to consist of super clean foods—meaning absolutely fresh. Another 20 percent of my meals should be sensible choices. So, for instance, if I’m craving spaghetti Bolognese, I’ll compromise by using whole-wheat pasta and ensuring to add some vegetables.
‘And then 10 per cent of the foods I eat can be relaxed, which means I’m not really thinking about it too much.’
