After entering the Celebrity Big Brother House on Monday, fans were quick to realise Sharon Osbourne’s face looked different to how they remembered.
But close friends of the star, 71, have blamed the fact she took the weight loss jab Ozempic on her gaunt looks.
They say that she has been ‘unable to put on weight’ since taking the drug – and that is why her face looks so gaunt.
One said: ‘Nobody close to Sharon wanted her to have the jab but she went on to do so anyway. She looks so gaunt now, so thin and at her age that isn’t going to make her look great.
‘If doesn’t matter what food you put in front of her, she can’t eat much. She totally and utterly regrets it.’

Bosses have been so concerned over her slight frame and dramatic weight loss that they have asked her to only wear long sleeves whilst on the show – to avoid showing off her ‘super skinny arms’.
Before entering the house during the live show on Monday, Sharon looked glammed up.
Celebrity make-up artist Neil Young did her face before the show and Lino Carbosiero, who has been styling her hair for years, helped style her iconic pixie cut.
Expected to be in the house until Monday, Sharon has been refused her own glam squad whilst inside the Big Brother house and has been told to do her own every morning.
The new Celeb Big Brother house has been built and set up at Garden Studios – newly-built studio in West London.
Sharon has not been shy about sharing her history of plastic surgery in the past and more recently said she regretted losing ‘too much’ weight using diet drug Ozempic.
In November 2023 Sharon revealed she has been using Ozempic for months – an FDA-approved prescription medication to lower blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
They say that she has been ‘unable to put on weight’ since taking the drug – and that is why her face looks so gaunt (Sharon is seen on The X Factor in back 2017)

The likes of presenter Fern Britton, Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith entered the house on Monday, greeted by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best
She revealed she had lost a total of 42 pounds but said she ‘couldn’t afford to lose anymore’.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one viewer said: ‘Sharon looked awful with her weight loss. Looking like a china doll. Maybe it’s not even her’.
Someone else said: ‘Omg Sharon looks unrecognisable’.
‘Sharon seems to have bought a new face,’ another said.
