A woman who managed to shed 35 pounds in just three months has unveiled the key factors behind her remarkable transformation, detailing her exercise regimen and daily diet.

Raminy Dapaixao, a popular influencer, has taken TikTok by storm with her rapid weight loss tips, amassing millions of views as she shares her everyday routines.

Based in Miami, the Pilates instructor admitted she was dissatisfied with her body and lifestyle at the start of last year.

She confessed to frequently binge eating, consuming alcohol three to four times a week, and neglecting exercise.

One year later, she feels more fulfilled than ever, attributing her weight loss success to walking 10,000 to 15,000 steps daily, maintaining a consistent workout schedule, and steering clear of processed foods.

Originally from Brazil, the TikTok star now offers her 163,000 followers a glimpse into the strategies behind her weight loss journey.

‘Me then vs me 6 months later!’ she told her TikTok followers, showing off photos off her transformation. ‘Stick to it you will see the difference I promise.’

She also admitted she’d managed it without using Ozempic, replying to a fan, ‘Hi, I did not! But I am not against it and I did look into it before I started my weight loss journey.’

In one video she explained she works out every day, with her exercise regime including Lagree (a form of Reformer Pilates), walking up to eight miles and hot Pilates.

The influencer goes to another Lagree class and walks 10,000 steps on Thursdays and then heads to hot Pilates on Friday before going on a long eight-mile walk on Saturday and doing Pilates and a three-mile walk on Sunday.

In one clip she told her followers she starts her day off with a cream cheese and cucumber bagel, a carrot juice and a side of pomegranate.

She then showed off a handful of vitamins which she aims to take daily before enjoying a pre-lunch snack of frozen pineapple chunks.

For lunch she had leftover chicken soup with greens and carrots, confessed takes a shot of apple cider vinegar and water after every meal for digestion.

For a mid-afternoon snack she enjoyed a pot of yoghurt with frozen berries and then tucked in to a plate of potatoes with greens and salmon which she described as a ‘clean and simple meal’.

The Brazillian influencer then told her fans that castor oil is useful for all kinds of things but it would not help them achieve a flat stomach.

Raminy explained she didn’t understand why Americans had suddenly become so obsessed with castor oil and before saying: ‘You will not wake up with a flat stomach and abs all because of castor oil.’

The influencer also warned against aiming to be ‘skinny’, warning her followers that obsessing over that goal was dangerous.

She said: ‘If everything you’re thinking about is to be skinny and your goal in life is to lose weight, then one, you’re going to have a very hard time achieving this goal and you’re going to develop an extremely unhealthy relationship with food.’

Raminy then went on to counsel that being skinny should never be the goal and instead people should focus on being healthy.

She said: ‘You can be skinny once you’ve fixed your relationship with food but let’s take care of our mental health and then we’ll be skinny’.
