Kailyn Lowry is now a mother of seven.

The Teen Mom alum, 31, has announced the arrival of her and boyfriend Elijah Scott’s twins – a baby boy and girl.

On her podcast, Kailyn revealed she underwent a C-section 35 weeks into her pregnancy to deliver the newborns.

‘I ended up delivering at 35 weeks,’ she explained on the Barely Famous podcast.

‘I was terrified because I didn’t love the idea but I knew I had to do it because the baby was breached.’

In addition to the newborns, Lowry and Elijah share one-year-old son Rio.

Lowry also shares sons Isaac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 10, with ex Javi Marroquin, Creed, three, and Lux, six, with ex Chris Lopez.

The birth comes after Kailyn revealed she was open undergoing another ‘mommy makeover’ after welcoming babies six and seven – and Ozempic is on her radar.

Kailyn dropped the pounds after undergoing weight loss surgery back in 2016.

But now Kailyn seems open to giving Hollywood’s weight loss trend a go after her upcoming birth.

‘I’m scared. I’m ready for 2024 ’cause I need to get Ozempic shots or something,’ she said on her podcast, Baby Mamas No Drama.

‘Would you do another mommy makeover?’ Vee Riveria, Kailyn’s cohost, then asked.

‘Yeah, it was the best decision I ever made. The worst decision I ever made was not waiting until I was done having kids,’ she said.

‘Because let me tell you why though, I maintained the f**k out of that until I got pregnant with Lux,’ she said, referencing the son she welcomed in 2017.

The twins arrived five weeks early and were born minutes apart - their daughter was born at 11:36PM followed by her brother, who arrived at 11:40PM

Kailyn said she was hitting the gym ‘five days a week’ to keep the weight off.

‘If you’re going to get plastic surgery you have to maintain it,’ she said.

The surgery, she said, should serve as a launching point for weight loss.

‘It’s a jump start to a lifestyle change,’ she said. ‘It was a jump start for me and I was able to maintain it all the way up until I get knocked up again. That’s probably why I got knocked up again,’ she added with a chuckle.

For her potential second surgery, however, Kailyn isn’t sure she will achieve the same results: ‘I don’t know that I would have the same results just because you have to be below… a 31 BMI.

‘I’d have to lose weight before they would even consider me for it,’ she said, adding a higher weight could cause more complications during surgery.

She described some of the measures she had to take prior to her first surgery:  ‘Before my mommy makeover, I had to go get a bunch of tests and then a doctor had to approve that I was like, in healthy condition in order to get — because it’s going to be like, a lot of blood loss, a lot of stitches, a lot of healing,’ she said.

She also revealed she nearly needed a blood transfusion during the procedure.

‘I almost needed a blood transfusion during my surgery and then second, I’ve been anemic ever since. Like, I’ve never not been anemic since 2016,’ she said.

While Lowry has reservations about another weight loss procedure, she was all in on having a breast reduction.

‘I’m getting a reduction no matter what. Like at some point, I will have small t**ties,’ she said.
