A precautionary boil water notice has been released for Siam Utility customers following a water leak that occurred on Siam Road/Pleasant Hill in Carter County on Tuesday, as reported by CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL).

The Siam Utility District stated that service to the area has been restored, and they will release a follow-up notice after the sampling tests have been conducted.

Customers who experienced low pressure during or immediately after the repair are asked to bring tap water to a rolling boil for one minute.
