Alleged Library Incident: Man Claims It's His 'Job' to Record Under Women's Skirts at UCF

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – University police reported that a man, accused of filming under a woman’s skirt at the University of Central Florida’s library, allegedly told a witness it was his “job” to do so.

Yeonsoo William Lee, 23, faces charges of video voyeurism and tampering with evidence, records show.

As detailed in an arrest affidavit, he was arrested on Thursday after a woman saw his cellphone aimed directly up her skirt while she was studying on the fifth floor of UCF’s library.

The victim demanded to see Lee’s phone, leading to Lee attempting to hide his most recent recordings but to no avail, according to the affidavit.

A witness to the incident informed investigators that Lee claimed filming such videos was his “job,” and mentioned there are entire communities for it, as well as selling pictures and photos of women. The witness added that Lee deleted the video thereafter, as noted in the affidavit.

Lee was arrested and taken to the Orange County jail, where he was being held on no bond at the time of this report, records show.
