On Friday, a federal appeals court determined that President Donald Trump unlawfully utilized the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to enforce the majority of his tariffs this year. The court stated, “the power to impose tariffs is vested exclusively in the legislative branch by the Constitution.” NBC’s Vaughn Hillyard reports for Saturday TODAY.
