Astronomer HR chief resigns after viral ‘kiss cam’ clip

() Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot, who was caught on a kiss camera at a Boston Coldplay concert with the company’s CEO, has resigned.

Video of the pair, which was originally posted to TikTok, showed them embracing on the kiss cam.

When they realized they were on camera, they tried to duck out of frame and cover their faces, sparking allegations of cheating.

In a statement to CNBC on Thursday, the AI and data company said Cabot is no longer part of the staff.

“Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned,” an Astronomer spokesperson told the outlet.

Andy Byron, the former CEO who was seen with his arms around Cabot at the concert, resigned Sunday.

Astronomer confirmed the news on its LinkedIn page.

“Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted,” the company wrote.

“The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO.”
