Sea breeze storms return to Central Florida by mid-week.
ORLANDO, Fla. – The pleasant spell of dry and sunny weather continues as we head into the new work week, with a slight uptick in humidity. However, make the most of it now, as the typical afternoon summer storms are expected to make a comeback later in the week.
Monday will remain largely rain-free, thanks to lingering dry air. Anticipate a blend of sunshine and clouds, with temperatures climbing into the low 90s. You’ll also notice the humidity rising slightly, making the air feel a bit more humid than in recent days.
Tuesday’s forecast is much of the same, though there is a slight chance of a few isolated showers developing along the sea breeze.
By mid-week, rain chances ramp up as atmospheric moisture increases, driven by an onshore breeze. Expect scattered sea breeze storms to circulate across Central Florida by the end of the week, with high temperatures remaining in the low 90s.
