SNAP benefits at risk amid shutdown, potentially impacting millions of Floridians

“The federal government has advised states to halt the distribution of November benefits until further notice,” explained Holly Bullard from the Florida Policy Institute (FPI), a non-partisan organization committed to promoting policies that enhance economic mobility and life quality for Floridians.
