Biden's decline 'profound': Hawaii Gov. Josh Green

() Former President Joe Biden’s health has been in the spotlight ever since his cancer diagnosis was announced.

Earlier this week, a spokesperson for Biden confirmed that his last screening for prostate cancer was in 2014. The revelation comes following the release of a book detailing how Biden’s team allegedly covered up his cognitive decline.

Democratic Hawaii Gov. Josh Green joined ‘s “The Hill” on Wednesday to talk about the former president’s health issues. He said being close to Biden during his campaign in 2024, he did not feel misled by his team on his health.

“Not really,” Green said. “The president’s decline was profound by the time he had that terrible debate, and now, it’s something we should be honest about.”

Green said he believes his team protected him throughout his campaign.
