DENVER (KDVR) An 18-year-old was arrested and is facing charges related to the reported sexual assault of a child at a water park in Colorado.

The Englewood Police Department said in a news release that officers were dispatched to Pirates Cove Water Park in Englewood, Colorado, on Monday for a sexual assault in progress. Officers identified and detained a suspect who was still inside the park.

The suspect allegedly led a girl into a family changing room, where he sexually assaulted her, police said.

The agency told affiliate KDVR the suspect arrested was identified as Trenton Moskovita, 18. He was booked into the Arapahoe County Jail on suspicion of sexual assault on a child and second-degree kidnapping.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on July 11 for a return filing of charges, and remained in Arapahoe County custody on a $200,000 cash or surety bond as of Tuesday evening.
