The Jonesborough Senior Center marked a significant milestone on Friday, commemorating ten years at its current East Main Street venue with a festive Tree Lighting Ceremony. Originally forced to move in 2015 due to space constraints for its then 450 members, the center now thrives in a spacious 30,000 square-foot facility. This location has become a hub for the community, attracting over 2,400 members. The celebration highlights the center’s growth and continued commitment to serving the area’s senior population.
