() Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she could win either the Georgia governor’s race or Senate primary if she chooses to run.

With Gov. Brian Kemp announcing he will not seek reelection, Taylor Green told ’s “The Hill” that she still hasn’t decided if she’ll campaign for either seat.

“The polling shows I can win the governor’s primary or I can win the Senate primary,” she said. “That’s a choice that I can make, and I’ll give it some thought,” she added.

Taylor Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th Congressional District since 2021, becoming one of the House’s most outspoken and controversial figures.

Taylor Greene says base “not happy” with Ukraine War

The Republican representative also discussed the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict, saying it’s a “proxy war with Russia” that the U.S should never have stepped in.

Taylor Greene also condemned the Ukraine mineral deal that the United States signed last week.

The two countries had been working on an agreement for months to secure a long-term U.S. economic investment by harvesting Ukraine’s raw earth minerals.

Taylor Green says the “base is not” happy over the deal and that the U.S should focus on U.S. minerals instead.

“I am sick and tired of hearing story after story day after day of Americans murdered by fentanyl, drugs, crime, and the president completely agrees with this,” she said. “We should deal with the rarest minerals here in the United States and work with a country that’s not going to launder our money and sell our weapons to our enemies.”

Taylor Greene also took shots at Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, saying she is yet to accept a debate against her.

“I think America deserves to see the extreme differences of the Right and the Left,” she said.

“This is a woman that hasn’t ever done anything that a lot of voters have in their life. She’s never had children, she’s never run a business, she’s never actually worked a real hard-working job into a career,” she said.

Taylor Greene said the New York congressperson represents a “radical Left” minority of the country, which does not “define” the nation.
