Milligan University in Elizabethton, Tennessee, became a hub of innovation and compassion as its engineering program took center stage on Wednesday. The spotlight was on “Go Baby Go Appalachia,” an initiative dedicated to empowering children with disabilities through play. Freshman engineering students enthusiastically applied their mechatronics skills to modify toys, incorporating joysticks, push buttons, and other customizable elements to better accommodate the unique needs of these young users.
