JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – A downtown bar in Johnson City has shared its thoughts on how the newly implemented last call ordinance might affect the New Year’s Eve celebrations. Speaking with News Channel 11, the establishment revealed that they are still adapting to the alcohol sale restrictions introduced four months ago. The ordinance, which was passed in August 2025, is expected to influence turnout during the holiday festivities.
