BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. () — Programs for Exceptional People (PEP), a charitable organization that supports adults with a range of intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, has planned two upcoming events.

The first event, an open house on May 15, will showcase PEP’s contributions to the community. PEP board members, families, and staff will guide tours and share details about their mission and the various programs they offer. The open house, which is open to the public, will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, at 39 Sheridan Park Circle in Bluffton.

On Sunday, May 18, PEP will commemorate its 30th Anniversary Celebration at The Jazz Corner on Hilton Head Island. This celebration honors thirty years of empowering adults with special needs. The event kicks off with a mimosa reception at noon, followed by lunch at 1 p.m. A live auction will take place after the musical performance by Deas-Guyz. Seats are limited, and tickets can be purchased here.
