SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – In a twist to a case that began in January, newly released video footage reveals two girls laughing while seated in the back of a patrol car, following their arrest in a case involving attempted murder.

The video captures the duo chuckling and openly discussing the circumstances surrounding their arrest, specifically mentioning that law enforcement was tipped off by someone who “snitched.”

According to the arrest report, authorities were alerted when Lake Brantley High School received an anonymous tip-off on January 22, around 11:30 p.m., via the FortifyFL website.

The report details, “The anonymous tip indicated that a student known as Jimmy was plotting to kill another student, whose name has been redacted.”

Investigators eventually identified “Jimmy” as 15-year-old Isabelle Aurelia Valdez, a student at the high school.

The report shows that Valdez and her best friend — identified as Lois Olivios Lippert — were pulled from their classes to speak with law enforcement. Valdez denied knowing anything about the tip, police added.

“Oh, my (expletive) god. I knew I shouldn’t have told him,” Lippert can be heard saying after their arrest. “’Cuz he was like, ‘OK, can you please tell me? I can’t sleep tonight.’ (Expletive) you!”

Court documents filed earlier this month also show that Valdez was obsessed with Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza, which ties into the murder plot itself.

“It was learned that the victim reminded (Valdez) of Adam Lanza and that she believed if she killed the victim, she would have a blood bond with Adam Lanza, which would resurrect him from the dead,” one motion reads.

Valdez also claimed that she planned to wait for the victim in the restroom, stab him in the stomach or cut his throat, leave flowers at the scene, and smoke a cigarette afterward, investigators reported.

Investigators also said that Lippert had drawn a number of sketches showing the victim dead on the floor next to Valdez, the victim hanging with a rope around his neck, and several sexually explicit depictions involving the victim.

Ultimately, though, both Valdez and Lippert were arrested and now face the following charges:

    • Attempted first-degree murder

    • Armed burglary of a structure

    • Attempted aggravated child abuse with a deadly weapon

    • Possession of a weapon on school property

    • Aggravated stalking

Last week, prosecutors filed a motion to keep Valdez in jail without bond until the trial concludes.

Portions of Valdez and Lippert’s conversation from the back of the patrol car were included in the motion, which reads as follows:

“Valdez told Lippert that they could become one of the lesbian couples in jail. Lippert replied yea, you can be the butch, Valdez replied, hey this is my (expletive), stay away.

Valdez asked Lippert`s if she was trying to look good for her mugshot. Lippert replied, (espletive) and I`m going to get a mugshot. Valdez replied well yea we are going to jail. What do you think?

Valdez told Lippert that she was going to use makeup this morning for her mugshot, but she could not find anything. Lippert replied, I`m glad I don`t look too bad today. Valdez replied, I look horrible. Valdez then said. It`s over, Lippert replied yea, it`s over. It doesn`t matter if you look good or not.

Valdez then replied, At least they will see me in the mugshot some way or another. Valdez then stated hey we were supposed to spread our story around the TCC, (True Crime Community) . . .

Valdez replied, I thought I would go to a psych ward, that`s why I was so excited about everything, I would be so jolly, going to jail, Lippert replied, You were wording it like you were going to a psych ward. Valdez said, I know. Valdez then stated, I should have told them other (expletive), like they were asking her about the swatting incident. Valdez stated she started crying, hoping law enforcement would feel bad and send her to the psych ward.”

In addition, prosecutors discussed a conversation on the social media platform Discord in which Valdez sent the following messages to Lippert:

    — “its gonna be over by tomorrow”

    — “if you have some gloves, bring them for me”

    — “bring latex ones”

    — im bringing a trash bag, wipes, and some other things”

    — “im going to go away anyways, i have incriminating shit on the phone”

    — “holy shit im gonna make a blood ritual for adam lanza LMAOOOO last blook for saint adam”

    — “everyone who prayed on my downfall is getting their wash”

    — “im mgonna do it with [REDACTED]

    — “i hugged my parents extra tight today i feel kinda bad for whats coming”

    — “he was at fault because he never got [REDACTED] talk to me! !! if i had him i wouldn’t have been like this!!! WHY [REDACTED] WHY! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

    — “i need to break my hard drive later”

    — “do you have an extra white shirt that i could use?”

As a result of the evidence, prosecutors argue that Valdez should remain locked up as the trial continues to keep the community safe from harm.

The pretrial detention hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 9 a.m.
