A Russell County man has admitted to exploiting social media to solicit explicit content from minors. According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Justice, Justin Steven Boileau, 30, confessed on Wednesday to using Snapchat to persuade two 12-year-old girls from the area to send him sexually explicit photographs and videos. He has pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual misconduct. The case underscores the ongoing concerns about the misuse of digital platforms to target vulnerable individuals.
