Trump has reviewed attack plans on Iran: Source

() President Trump has reviewed plans to attack Iran and is considering a number of options, a source familiar with the situation confirms to .

Trump, according to the source, is holding off to see if Iran comes to the table. Trump said Wednesday that “it’s late to meet, but they want to meet, and they want to come to the White House.”

Trump said he didn’t want to get involved in a war with Iran, but said he thinks they were a “few weeks away” from creating a nuclear weapon.

Iran and Israel have been engaged in a series of strikes against each other for nearly a week. Trump also gave a warning to Iran that they need to offer an “unconditional surrender.” Iran has warned the U.S. not to get involved in the conflict.

The source made clear the president has not made a final decision on whether he will give the final order to go through with attack plans.
