Storm Team 3: Clouds and cool weather continues today before a warm up tomorrow

In Savannah, Ga., today promises to be another cool and breezy day across the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry, with a sky mostly filled with clouds. There remains a slight chance of isolated showers due to a lingering coastal low. Temperatures are only expected to hit the upper 60s to low 70s, with a consistent northwest breeze adding to the chill.

As the coastal low starts moving northwards tomorrow, we can anticipate the return of some sunshine and a gradual warming trend. The week will begin with a blend of sunshine and clouds, as temperatures rise back into the lower 80s.

The work week promises calm weather as high pressure sets in by mid to late week, bringing ample sunshine and dry conditions. Highs will remain comfortable, ranging from the upper 70s to low 80s, which is typical for this time of year.

In the tropical regions, we are monitoring a disturbance in the eastern Atlantic. There is a moderate chance it could develop over the next week, but current forecast models suggest it will veer out to sea, posing no threat to the U.S. as of now.
