SAVANNAH, Ga. () – Good morning, StormTeam 3 Meteorologist Alysa Carsley here – let’s have a fabulous Tuesday!
Though the day began with clouds, we can expect more sunshine today compared to yesterday. Our temperatures have been inconsistent, jumping from 91 degrees on Sunday to 76 on Monday. With today’s additional sunshine, temperatures should rise slightly to the lower 80s, remaining comfortable and still below the seasonal average.

Owing to a steady northeast wind, high tide levels continue to stay high over the next few cycles. A Coastal Flood Advisory will commence at 9 am for the morning’s high tide around 10 am. While we’re not anticipating severe flooding, water levels might rise in low-lying regions. The expected high tide level at the Fort Pulaski tide gage is 9.6 feet, which slightly exceeds the minor flood stage.
The weather pattern is forecasted to stay consistent from tomorrow through the remainder of the week. The brisk northeasterly winds are expected to decrease over time, with skies ranging from mostly sunny to partly cloudy each day. Temperatures will stay comfortably warm in the mid to upper 80s, with morning temperatures remaining pleasantly cool in the lower 60s.
