In Volusia County, Florida, an early morning operation on Thursday led to significant discoveries as reported by the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities revealed that detectives carried out a search warrant at approximately 5 a.m. at a residence located at 201 Ancona Avenue in DeBary.
The official statement detailed the events, explaining, “When SWAT arrived, Antoine Tillmon was outside in the driveway. He dashed inside the house, locking the door behind him. Eventually, he attempted to escape through the back but was apprehended swiftly.”
Inside the residence, detectives discovered signs that drugs had been flushed down the toilet. However, they managed to retrieve cocaine from the plumbing system outside.
A subsequent search at Tillmon’s second property in Sanford unveiled more illicit substances, including cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.
These discoveries have led to multiple charges against Tillmon, including probation violation, cocaine possession, possession with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence, and non-violent obstruction of an officer.
“Tillmon was already on felony probation until 2031 for trafficking in heroin,” deputies wrote. “His new charges have him back in custody with no bond.
